This study day will provide a basic understanding of caring for haematology patients

Learning Outcomes

This day will provide a basic knowledge of haematological malignancies and the complications that can occur when caring for them. You will gain an understanding of the main haematological disease groups, their treatments, associated toxicities and supportive care as well as the role of clinical trials in haematology

Intended Audience

Newly qualified staff, new to haematology or staff wanting a refresher on basic knowledge. Also open to nurses, nursing students and other allied health professionals
