Manchester City Council is resurfacing Palatine Road. The work will take four weeks from Monday 10th October until Friday 4th November 2016.
Traffic will be one way from Lapwing Lane to Wilmslow Road
Signed diversions will be in place
Southbound traffic will use Wilmslow Road
The multi-storey car park on Palatine Road will be operational throughout the work. Please note, however, that it will only be accessible travelling northbound. Southbound traffic will be diverted via Wilmslow road along Lapwing Lane and onto the northbound side of Palatine Road.
Access to Oak Road will be maintained at all times apart from a short period of approximately one hour at a weekend while the Palatine Road end section of Oak Road is resurfaced.
Parking restrictions will be in force and there will be no parking on Palatine Road during the work
There will be no direct effect to the park and ride bus service and it will run as normal. It is anticipated that the bus stop will be moved for a short while during the final two weeks to a reasonable distance from the current stop.
